Upfront Prices
When you enter a destination, the app will show you the price before you submit your request. We use upfront pricing because we want passengers to know what their ride will cost in advance.
If your destination changes, a stop is added, or you attempt to abuse the allRiDi Platform, the upfront price you saw won't apply anymore because the route has changed and the upfront price is for a specific chosen route.
Factors like heavy traffic or bad weather that extend the distance or duration of your ride can affect the amount you're actually charged.
