To add an Emergency Contact:

1. Tap on the hamburger menu in the top left hand corner
2. Tap on your profile
3. Tap Add Contacts
4. Tap Add Contacts (You can add up to 3 contacts)
5. Select the contact you would like to add
6. Ensure the phone number is formatted correctly
7. Tap Add
