After reviewing the information on the trip request banner, you may decide that you would not like to accept the trip. To reject the trip, tap the reject button at the top left of the request banner.
While accepting each and every trip is not mandatory, we advise you not to "cherry-pick" trips. If you are online for an extended period of time without accepting any trips, this could lead to penalization.
