To add a credit card:
- Tap on the hamburger menu in the top left hand corner
- Tap Wallet
- Tap Add
- Enter your card information and hit save
Please note that allRiDi only accepts Visa and MasterCard.
When adding your credit card for the first time, there will be a temporary charge of $2.00 for verification purposes. This is automatically refunded within 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
After adding your credit card, ensure it it selected as your payment method. To change your payment method, tap the payment method shown on the ride type selection screen.
When a ride is paid for via credit card, it will show as $0 on the drivers phone. In the event you selected credit card and you are prompted to pay cash, this means the transaction was not successful. Pay the driver in cash and contact allRiDi support to help rectify the issue.
