You can rate your rider from 1 - 5 stars with 5 being Great and 1 Being very bad.
You can also leave a comment to provide more details on your rating. We take feedback very seriously to ensure riders are adhering to standards.
Once completed with the rating and comment, his "Submit".
All ratings and comments are confidential. Riders will not be able to see the rating or comment you left. This is only accessible to allRiDi staff.
If you prefer not to rate the rider, tap the X in the top left hand corner of the Review Your Trip screen. Please note that we we do not recommend not rating the rider. Ignoring to rate or comment on the ride ultimately defeats the purpose of the rating system.
